EASIGO is an unrivalled product range and is widely used all over the world in applications where a robust product is required or specified.

The design combines cast metal and high performance moulded materials making EASIGO ideal for the most arduous environments including chemical plants, distilleries and breweries, power stations, steel mills, railways and airports.

The range features die cast alloy casings and insulated materials, specifically selected to withstand arduous environments. In 1930, BS196 was issued as the first British Standard covering industrial plugs and sockets. The standard was revised in 1961 to include keyways for voltage discrimination and fused plugs.

A unique quality held by the EASIGO range is the capacity to carry currents in excess of their stated capacity. The 15A plugs and sockets can actually carry up to 20A, provided that adequate cabling is used.

The Easigo fuse switch with RCCB protection features a sheet steel enclosure with durable stoved enamel finish, interlocked switch, die cast cover with padlocking facility, and optional earth monitoring and gland plates.

EASIGO series is the preferred BS196 standard of heavy duty industrial plugs and sockets in rail applications throughout the UK’s rail network.
